We want you to be happy with the Urban Survival Guide. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at krystianmatuszewski04@gmail.com with your order details and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
