The Urban Survival Guide is a digital PDF e-book delivered by email after a successful purchase. It is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional emergency, medical, legal or safety advice.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. On successful payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to download and use one copy of the PDF for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print a copy for your own household.

Each purchase generates a single-use download link valid for 24 hours. If your link expires before you can download the file, contact us at krystianmatuszewski04@gmail.com and we will issue a new one.
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Product if you materially breach these terms, abuse the download links, fail to pay, or pose a security or fraud risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence give you additional rights.
